Kobudo

An ancient Okinawan weaponry system of Japan, Kobudo is a rare treat in Singapore with our Kenshinryu style span over a wide range of weapons from Bo, Nunchuku, Sai to Tonfa. 

Taekwondo

As popular as it can be, the Korean art of self defence finds its way at our club. Taekwondo has the highest recognition in marital arts having earn its place at the Olympics above all other arts.

Wing Chun

Popularized by the "IP Man" movies, the Wing Chun system has its stylish forms that can mesmerise an untrained eye apart from its lighting speed close quarter combat hand strikes.

 Kyokushin Karate

The Kyokushin system is the hard style of karate, commonly known as Full Contact Karate, where strikes and kicks are done at full force. It is more accurately a martial art than a sport.

Boxing

A great form of workout that is meant to energize every single cell in your body. Boxing sharpens your reflexes and toughens your muscles. With extensive contact, it heightens your confidence in a physical engagement.

Self Defence (Combat Fighting)

A self defence system derived from various combative styles, it is a hybrid of all forms of martial discipline.

Kick Boxing

A complete standup combat system, Kick Boxing has its roots from other a few traditional martial arts. Muay Thai roots are incorporated in our system.

HIIT
(Combat Fitness)

This is a cardio workout session similar to Zumba or Kick Boxing workouts except that we include stretching and strength conditioning exercises. 

Shitoryu Karate

As an ancient art of self defence, Shitoryu Karate has its roots hundreds of years back in Japan. Today, it is widely popular around the world and has also been accepted into many major competitions, including the Olympics.
